The series of The Olympic Movement and China's Sporting Culture is jointly planned by China National Publications Import & Export (Group) Corporation (CNPIEC) and Alain Charles Publishing Ltd., supported by Beijing Olympic City Development Association, and financed by "China Book International" Program. The series includes A Glossary of Olympic Terms (in Chinese, English, French and Spanish), The Olympic Culture: An Introduction, Olympic Architecture, Traditional Sports in China, Experience? Value? Influence and International Volunteers in China.
The series summarizes the achievements scored in various aspects of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and more important, it introduces China's sporting culture. It will contribute to the still better interaction and understanding between China and Britain in terms of sports culture.
